- Legal Retainer Contributions: $209,000 of the $250,000 goal has been raised.
- Primary Plaintiff Claims: Verified claims now total $218 million.
This represents a major step forward toward filing the case and formally establishing the class.
Important Clarification
Once the legal retainer goal is met, no additional Primary Plaintiffs will be accepted. At that point:
- The group of Primary Plaintiffs will be finalized and locked.
- Anyone who has not joined as a Primary Plaintiff will need to wait until the class is formally filed in court.
- At that stage, claim submissions for the Priority and Basic Class categories will open.
Why This Matters
Primary Plaintiffs are not only the core funders of the legal effort but also guaranteed the largest share of recovery. Their role ends once the case is filed, and after that, the only way to participate will be through class claims.
If you are considering applying as a Primary Plaintiff, please understand that time is short. Once the retainer goal is fully met, the opportunity to join as a Primary Plaintiff will close permanently.
