Allocation Summary
- 40% → Primary Plaintiffs (direct supporters of legal action).
- 30% → Priority + Basic Class, with Priority guaranteed first claim until at least 50% of their loss is covered.
- 30% → Reserved for additional expenses (legal fees, filings, administrative costs, investigative expenses).
***All percentages are calculated after expenses are deducted from the gross recovered amount. 30% is pre-allocated and final will not exceed that amount. Actual distributions may shift depending on the level of legal costs incurred and the amount ultimately recovered; Any remaining funds will be rolled back into the class claim payment pools.

Each claimant may submit only once under the correct group. Duplicate submissions delay review.
All claims must include verifiable documentation — unsupported claims will be denied.
Only direct user losses from the Xeggex exit scam are eligible. Business debts, speculative losses, reputational harm, or indirect impacts will not be considered.
